Temperature

We put fruits to the cold room within 30 minutes from the picking, and cool them down to about 2°C degrees. The fruits are packed into styro-boxes and labeled in the low temperature so the fruits will remain fresh for a long time. During the flight there is a 2-8°C degree temperature.

For the first shipping, we can optionally add Temperature Data Logger with USB, to follow the temperature during the transport.
